Welcome to Shop Wanneka!

These Terms of Service and Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Shop Wanneka mobile application and website (collectively, the "Service"), which is operated by Wanneka Luxury Hair ("Wanneka," "we," "us," or "our"). The Service is dedicated to providing high-quality custom wigs, known as "Kosa," along with related products and services.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms, which form a legally binding contract between you and Wanneka Luxury Hair. If you do not agree to these Terms, you must not access or use the Service.

2. Changes to Terms and Service

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of any changes by posting the new Terms on the Service. Changes are effective immediately upon posting and your continued use of the Service following such modifications constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

3. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to use the Service, or the age of majority in your jurisdiction, whichever is higher. By using the Service, you represent and warrant that you meet these age requirements.

All orders placed through the Service are subject to our acceptance. We may choose not to accept your order for any reason without liability to you. Orders are considered accepted when you receive confirmation from us.

Prices for products offered via the Service are described on the Service and incorporated into these Terms by reference. Prices and products may change at Wanneka Luxury Hair's discretion.

You agree not to engage in any of the following prohibited activities: (i) copying, distributing, or disclosing any part of the Service in any medium, including without limitation by any automated or non-automated “scraping”; (ii) using any automated system, including without limitation “robots,” “spiders,” “offline readers,” etc., to access the Service; (iii) transmitting spam, chain letters, or other unsolicited email; (iv) attempting to interfere with, compromise the system integrity or security or decipher any transmissions to or from the servers running the Service; (v) taking any action that imposes, or may impose at our sole discretion an unreasonable or disproportionately large load on our infrastructure; (vi) uploading invalid data, viruses, worms, or other software agents through the Service; (vii) collecting or harvesting any personally identifiable information, including account names, from the Service; (viii) using the Service for any commercial solicitation purposes; (ix) impersonating another person or otherwise misrepresenting your affiliation with a person or entity, conducting fraud, hiding or attempting to hide your identity; (x) interfering with the proper working of the Service; (xi) accessing any content on the Service through any technology or means other than those provided or authorized by the Service; (xii) bypassing the measures we may use to prevent or restrict access to the Service, including without limitation features that prevent or restrict use or copying of any content or enforce limitations on use of the Service or the content therein.

Our Service may contain links to third-party web sites or services that are not owned or controlled by Wanneka Luxury Hair. Wanneka Luxury Hair has no control over, and assumes no responsibility for, the content, privacy policies, or practices of any third party web sites or services. You further acknowledge and agree that Wanneka Luxury Hair shall not be responsible or liable, directly or indirectly, for any damage or loss caused or alleged to be caused by or in connection with use of or reliance on any such content, goods or services available on or through any such web sites or services.

We may terminate or suspend your account and bar access to the Service immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach the Terms.

These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which Wanneka Luxury Hair is established, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

13. Changes to the Service

We reserve the right to withdraw or amend our Service, and any service or material we provide via the Service, in our sole discretion without notice. We will not be liable if for any reason all or any part of the Service is unavailable at any time or for any period.

14. Disclaimer of Warranties; Limitation of Liability

We do not guarantee, represent or warrant that your use of our service will be uninterrupted, timely, secure or error-free. We do not warrant that the results that may be obtained from the use of the service will be accurate or reliable.

15. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend and hold harmless Wanneka Luxury Hair and our parent, subsidiaries, affiliates, partners, officers, directors, agents, contractors, licensors, service providers, subcontractors, suppliers, interns and employees, harmless from any claim or demand, including reasonable attorneys’ fees, made by any third-party due to or arising out of your breach of these Terms or the documents they incorporate by reference, or your violation of any law or the rights of a third-party.
